By submitting your order and completing the purchase, an email notification will automatically be sent to confirm your purchase from which then, payment will be made.

Cretem explicitly reserves the right to limit the number of items purchased by a customer and the right to refuse or cancel an order for whatever reason.

More specifically we reserve the right to cancel an order in following situations

When the goods or services are unavailable

When for whatever reason, we believe you are a reseller not a consumer

When your orders are flagged to have been placed fraudulently

If there is a technical error while processing any order

These right to refuse or cancel can apply to the orders that have been accepted.

We currently accept the following payment methods

We do not accept any other forms of payment than otherwise stated and are not liable to any loss or damage caused by the customer not abiding by our terms.

PRICING

All prices listed on www.cretem.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Please note that the prices on our website are subject to change at any time for any reason.

We explicitly reserve the right to make changes to the price without prior notice, based on the current exchange rates.

SECURITY

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order before the item of your purchase has been dispatched from our inventory warehouse to our delivery station. Once your item has left the warehouse, your order is not subject to cancellation.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, please provide us a residential or commercial address

Promotional items including daily deals cannot be cancelled once purchase has been confirmed.

*Special note for consumables: Orders take 3-12 business days to process in case. Depending on the status of our manufacturers, some products may take longer. Our customer service team will contact you if it delays longer. Please kindly understand that we do NOT offer cancellations due to these delays.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Our items are shipped from our delivery station every day in the morning.

The total delivery time to your door will approximately be 1-5 working days from order placement.

At Cretem, we try to deliver your items in one go, but for whatever reason where this is not possible, we will split the delivery of your order. In this event, you will be notified via email and you will not be charged any additional delivery costs.

Our new delivery fee is stated below. Effected from Thursday, 7th of September at 3:00PM (UTC+12).

North island up to 3 Kg nz$8

Up to 25kg nz$16

South island up to 3kg nz$11

Up to 25kg nz$25

You are eligible for a complete refund if the product has been damaged or is not the one you have ordered. You will be considered as having accepted the products unless you have notified us within 5 days after receipt of the products.

Refunds for the cases stated above are only accepted on the condition that products have not been in used. You must return the free gift (if received) in its original condition along with your returning item in order to be eligible for a refund.

Cretem will not be eligible to complete a refund in the cases that

the customer request a refund due to a change of mind (colours of rolls etc)

the customer request a refund for any damage of their own fault

the customer requests a refund for products that are opened or have used

for whatever reason we are made to believe that the product has been opened and or used by the customer

All product names and titles used on this website are unless otherwise stated, copyright. You are not allowed to reproduce any of the trade marks or trade names as this may infringe upon the holder’s rights.

LIABILITY

Cretem aims to provide information for people purchasing our goods and services. However, unforeseen errors may occur in this site and in such cases Cretem does not accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred.

Cretem.co.nz/shop is an online supplier of the products. We base our information based on the product manufacturer’s details. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in purchasing and using the products.
